A NOSE AND THREE EYES hits Yango Play on May 30th

Bilel fattoum:- Ihsan Abdulqudous lovers and all those interested in knowing more about mid-life crises can anticipate the release of Amir Ramsis' A NOSE AND THREE EYES, starring Dhaffer L'Abidine and Saba Mubarak, when it hits the streaming platform Yango Play on May 30th.

This exciting news comes after the film won the Audience Award at the 14th Malmö Arab Film Festival in Sweden, where it was received with widespread acclaim from audiences and enjoyed sold-out screenings.

Yango Play is a new streaming platform available in seven Arab countries — including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE — that offers a variety of entertainment options, including TV series, movies, music, and games.

After its world premiere at the Red Sea International Film Festival, where it found significant success, A NOSE AND THREE EYES — a fresh adaptation of Ihsan Abdel-Quddous' novel by prolific scriptwriter Wael Hamdy — went on a wide theatrical tour across Arab-speaking countries, including Egypt and Tunisia.

The film follows Doctor Hashem, a renowned plastic surgeon in his mid-40s who remains single despite having been in two long-term relationships before.

However, when he meets Ruba, a woman who is 25 years his junior, he finds himself unable to resist her charms and allure despite the age gap.

A NOSE AND THREE EYES marks the first-ever collaboration between Dhaffer L'Abidine and Saba Mubarak and explores universal themes such as complex romantic relationships, mid-life crises, the impact of childhood traumas on mental health, fear of commitment, breaking psychiatric taboos, and the influence of mother-son relationships on mental well-being.

The film also stars Salma Abudeif, Sedky Sakhr, Gihan El-Shamashergy, Salwa Mohamed Ali, Nabil Maher, the child actor Selim Mostafa, and Amina Khalil in a guest role.

A NOSE AND THREE EYES is a joint production between Lagoonie Film Production and Rise Studios.
