Hiba Tawaji's concert at L’Olympia was a phenomenal success

Bilel fattoum:- Hiba Tawaji's concert at L’Olympia was a phenomenal success, selling out and meeting international standards. The audience, comprising people from various nationalities including Arabs and Europeans, was highly engaged, singing along, clapping, cheering, and dancing to her songs. They were thrilled by the variety of songs and themes, which included topics like Lebanon, family, love, and women.

The concert featured extraordinary surprises with guest performances from iconic stars such as Lara Fabian, Florent Pagny, Ibrahim Maalouf, Matthieu Chedid, Ycare, and the band Madamemonsieur. Additionally, the 30-member gospel group Sankofa Unit added a spectacular touch to the event.

The artistic and music direction by Oussama Al Rahbani was outstanding. Hiba performed her own songs like "La Bidayi Wala Nihayi," "Min Ellii Byekhtar," "Bghanilak Ya Watani," and tracks from her new album such as "Baad Sneen," "Que Sera Sera," and "Rajion Men Ramadihi." She also sang duets with her guests in both English and French.

A highlight of the evening was Florent Pagny's return to the stage after a long absence, surprising and delighting the audience Hiba performed in perfect harmony with Lara Fabian, the iconic star, "Broken Vow". Hiba and Fabian joined voices again to perform Lara's hit song "Je T'Aime," this time accompanied by Ibrahim Maalouf and a gospel choir that joined them unexpectedly, adding an extra layer of surprise and emotion.

Matthieu Chedid, one of the biggest French pop stars, also made a significant impact with his performance.

One touching moment was when Hiba surprised Lara Fabian by presenting her with a picture taken in Beirut in 2003 or 2004, when Hiba was a teenager and a fan of Lara. The picture showed them together on stage, marking a heartfelt reunion.

Overall, with international stars joining Hiba, the concert was a night to remember.
